in 2011 i lived by my favourite words, said to me by a german man on a bus in fiji, which are ‘have fun everywhere’. i tried to live fearlessly and enjoy every minute. take the bad ones as a learning experience and tuck the good ones away to revisit over and over.
as far as i can tell this practice has served me well. i now have a new job in a new city with a new-old relationship and i’ve been doing a lot of adventuring and that has made me happy.
